About the role
Provide culturally sensitive assessments and tailored outpatient individual and family therapy, supporting clients' mental health journeys.
Responsibilities
- Conduct strength-based assessments for diverse clients and families.
- Provide personalized outpatient therapy sessions.
- Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
- Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
- Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to offer holistic care.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
- Provisional license per state regulations (if required).
- Passion for mental health and commitment to high-quality care.
- Strong communication, ethical practice, and confidentiality skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete administrative tasks efficiently.
