Mental Health Therapist

About the role

Provide culturally sensitive assessments and tailored outpatient individual and family therapy to diverse clients. Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans. Participate in case consultations and discharge planning. Ensure timely documentation and billing. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic mental health care while maintaining ethical standards, confidentiality, and strong communication with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field
• Provisional license (if required by state)
• Passion for mental health and commitment to high-quality care
• Strong communication, time management, and ethical practice skills
