Key Responsibilities Include Conducting assessments and creating welcoming environments for clients from various backgrounds.Providing individual and family therapy based on clients' unique needs.Developing crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support client stability.Participating in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning to enhance care.Completing billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms accurately.Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic mental health care. Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.Provisional license per state requirements, if applicable.Passion for mental health and commitment to high-quality care.Dedication to professional growth through supervision and continuing education.Strong communication skills, ethical practice, and confidentiality.Ability to manage time efficiently and handle administrative tasks effectively.
