About the role
Join our team as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and make a meaningful impact in behavioral health. You will provide culturally sensitive assessments and individualized outpatient therapy for diverse clients and families, develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct culturally sensitive assessments and provide individualized outpatient therapy for diverse clients and families.
- Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support client stability.
- Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning to enhance care quality.
- Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and staff.
Requirements
- A master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- Active professional license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or eligibility for licensure.
- Passion for mental health, ethical practice, strong communication skills, and commitment to ongoing professional development.

Pay
Compensation ranges from $45 to $53 per billable unit, with potential variations based on licensure and experience.
