About the role

Assist clients with mental health needs, accept insurance, and grow or launch private practices using a comprehensive platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage client sessions, documentation, scheduling, and secure messaging.
• Start accepting insurance seamlessly and credential quickly in multiple states.
• Ensure compliance with ongoing support and audit resources.
• Work with diverse insurance plans including Medicare Advantage and Medicaid.
• Increase earnings through access to top insurance networks.
• Manage practice operations with built-in EHR features, scheduling, assessments, and documentation templates.
• Participate in free continuing education to support professional growth.
• Help clients access affordable care via insurance verification and coverage options.

Requirements

• Fully licensed at Master’s level or above with applicable licensure (e.g., LMHC, LPC, LCSW, etc.).
• Valid NPI and malpractice insurance.
• Readiness to expand practice through insurance acceptance.
