Requirements

• Fully licensed at a Master’s level or higher with valid licensure (e.g., LMHC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
• Valid NPI number
• Malpractice insurance
• Ability to start accepting insurance, grow practice, and serve covered clients efficiently
