About the role

Responsibilities

• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to promote stability and resilience
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and nurses, to deliver holistic care
• Ensure timely completion of documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms while upholding professional standards
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to optimize client outcomes

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Current or eligible license in Pennsylvania
• Passion for mental health and commitment to ongoing learning
• Strong communication skills, confidentiality, and effective time management
