Mental Health Therapist

Key responsibilities:

• Conducting assessments for diverse clients and families
• Fostering a welcoming environment
• Providing personalized therapeutic interventions based on client needs
• Developing safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans
• Participating in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning
• Completing billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations accurately
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and administrative staff

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field
• Provisional license if required by state regulation
• Passion for mental health and commitment to high-quality care
• Ongoing professional development, supervision, and continuing education
• Strong communication, rapport-building, time management, and ethical practice skills
