About the Role

At Concerted Care Group, we specialize in comprehensive, evidence-based mental health treatment, delivered through a collaborative, interdisciplinary model that supports both patients and clinicians. We are seeking skilled, compassionate therapists who are ready to join us in making a lasting impact.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults in our OTP program.
  • Work in person at our Brooklyn, MD location.
  • Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations.
  • Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight and empowerment.
  • Design and deliver engaging psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, PRP, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning.
  • Coordinate care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate.
  • Demonstrate commitment to excellent patient care, measured through clinical outcomes such as patient retention, attendance, and successful program completion.
  • Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment.
  • Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
  • Active independent licensure: LGSW, LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC.
  • Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care. EMDR experience is highly preferred.
  • Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
  • Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both adolescents and adults.

Pay

$34-$44/hour based on licensure and experience.
