About the role

Provide culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments and tailored outpatient individual and family therapy to diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning
• Ensure timely documentation and billing
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic mental health care
• Maintain ethical standards and client confidentiality

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Provisional licensing accepted (with or without)
• Passion for high-quality mental health care
• Strong communication and time management skills
