Mental Health Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy for adolescent clients using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Deliver crisis intervention and safety planning when required
• Collaborate with families, schools, and outside providers for continuity of care
• Participate in treatment team meetings and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing therapy to adolescents (behavioral health setting preferred)
• Skilled in evidence-based interventions and crisis management
• Strong documentation skills and proficiency in EHR systems
• Passion for helping adolescents achieve emotional wellness and resilience

Pay

Annual Salary: $52,000 – $85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications
