In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. Responsibilities Perform intake assessmentsProvide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and childrenCreate individualized treatment plans for each clientUse evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatmentsMaintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment planPerform regular patient outreachAdhere to all facility and licensing standards Qualifications LMHC, LMSW, LCSW, MHC-LP or MSW-LP (Required)1+ years experience in OMH/OASAS environment (Required)Familiarity with both Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Treatment (Strongly Preferred)EHR documentation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized
