Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing high-quality care and mental health solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake assessments
• Mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Perform regular wellness checks
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
• LMHC or LSW preferred
• Knowledge of the CBHI model
• Current Outpatient and family therapy license
• Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS), CANS and CPR certified
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
