Location: split between two locations in Riverton, FL 33578 with one remote day on Thursday. Reporting directly to the Clinical Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Be a critical part of a collaborative team of behavioral and physical health clinicians committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Partner with primary care providers to deliver proven whole-patient care.
  • Provide brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g., Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused) and evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e.g., Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy).
  • Leverage real-time data to drive positive patient outcomes, immediately understanding your impact on the patients you serve.
  • Positively contribute to an ever-expanding clinical team all committed to a new, innovative way to serve patients.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.).
  • Active license (RCSWI, LCSW, RMHCI, LMHC, RMFTI, or LMFT) in good standing as ascribed by your state and governing body.
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred.

  • Proven + Passionate Drive: A love for and commitment to patient impact while also driving clinical outcomes as demonstrated by previous experience as a counselor, therapist, or social worker with patients who experience diverse issues.

Pay

Salary Range: $63,000 - $87,400 annually (depending on experience, market, and bonus opportunities).
