The Basics

Location: Split between two clinics - Tues to Friday at Ogden, UT 84403 and Mondays at Layton, UT 84041
Salary + Bonus Potential: $65,000 - $89,400 annually (depending on experience, market, and bonus opportunities)

Job

You'll Do:

• Be a critical part of a collaborative team of behavioral and physical health clinicians committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
• Partner with primary care providers to deliver proven whole-patient care.
• Provide brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g. Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused) and evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e.g. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy).
• Leverage real time data to drive positive patient outcomes, immediately understanding your impact on the patients you serve.
• Positively contribute to an ever-expanding clinical team all committed to a new, innovative way to serve patients.

The Right Fit

The Right Fit:

• Minimum Requirements – Master's degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.) along with an active license in good standing as ascribed by your state and governing body.
• Proven + Passionate Drive – A love for and commitment to patient impact while also driving clinical outcomes as demonstrated by previous experience as a counselor, therapist, or social worker with patients who experience diverse issues.
• Collaboration Dedication – The desire to work as a team with a diverse set of behavioral and physical health providers to ensure "Whole Patient Care, Upfront and Ongoing."
• Growth Mindset + Agility – The understanding that to best serve patients in an ever-changing world, the most effective clinicians must be able to learn, grow, and pivot accordingly.
