Mental Health Therapist

Location: Split between two clinics (Mon/Tues/Fri in Salt Lake City, UT 84124 & Wed/Thurs in Holladay, UT 84117).

Join an innovative and award-winning team at evolvedMD, where you’ll collaborate with behavioral and physical health clinicians to deliver exceptional patient care. Partner with primary care providers to offer whole-patient care using brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g., Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused) and evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e.g., Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy). Leverage real-time data to drive positive patient outcomes and contribute to a growing clinical team committed to transforming patient care.

• Be a critical part of a collaborative team of behavioral and physical health clinicians.
• Partner with primary care providers to deliver proven whole-patient care.
• Provide brief, structured intervention techniques and evidence-based psychosocial treatments.
• Use real-time data to drive positive patient outcomes and understand your impact.
• Contribute to an expanding clinical team focused on innovative patient care.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.).
• Active license in good standing as required by your state and governing body.
• Proven experience as a counselor, therapist, or social worker with patients facing diverse issues.
• Commitment to collaboration with a diverse team of behavioral and physical health providers.
• Growth mindset and agility to adapt to evolving patient needs.
• Personal agency to deliver high-quality care while maintaining self-care and accountability.

Pay

$65,000 - $89,400 annually, depending on experience, market, and bonus opportunities.
