Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work or a related field from an accredited college or university
- Licensed mental health professional in the state of Maryland
- Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Creative and innovative approaches to mental health
- Experience with children, adolescents, and teens
- Experience with couples and families
- General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing
Skills
- Ability to provide different types of therapy (individual, group, play, etc.)
- Ability to evaluate mental health diagnosis and create/implement a treatment plan
- Ability to maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
- Ability to coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
- Ability to attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training
Requirements
- Active patient waiting list waiting to be assigned to therapist
- Provide Clinical supervision by MD state-licensed LCPC and LCSW-C at no cost to you
- Offer guaranteed pay for the initial 8 weeks as you ramp your caseload
