About the role

Join our team as a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist, improving access to behavioral health services within diverse communities. You will provide culturally sensitive care and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client stability and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments and provide tailored individual and family outpatient therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support client stability.
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and discharge planning to enhance care quality.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation, treatment plans, billing, and insurance authorizations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and staff for holistic care.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Current active license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP) in Virginia or Maryland or eligibility for licensure.
• Passion for mental health, ethical practice, strong communication, and time management skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and confidentiality.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $58 to $73 per billable unit, with potential variations based on licensure, experience, and incentives.
