Mental Health Therapist

About the role

Join our team as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide culturally sensitive assessments, outpatient individual and family therapy, and develop crisis and safety plans to support clients' mental health and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Conducting assessments for diverse clients and families
• Providing tailored therapy based on individual needs
• Developing crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans
• Participating in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning
• Completing billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• Active professional license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) or eligibility for licensure
• Passion for mental health, ethical practice, and confidentiality
• Strong communication skills, rapport-building ability, and effective time management
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and collaboration
