Mental Health Therapist

About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide culturally sensitive assessments, outpatient individual and family therapy, and develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans. The therapist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in case consultations and discharge planning, and ensure timely documentation and billing.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related fields
• Current active license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) or eligibility for licensure
• Passionate about mental health
• Committed to professional growth, ethical practice, and confidentiality
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
