Job Summary
A mental health provider at CI Pediatric Therapy Centers (CI) is a vital member of an interdisciplinary, collaborative team that focuses on comprehensive care of the entire child. CI is an energetic work environment that requires a self-motivated, flexible, and creative team member. Our mental health clinicians provide assessment, consultation and/or intervention for children with anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, social concerns, adjustment to life stressors, and other common concerns. We are seeking experienced mental health providers who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence to grow our mental health team and services.
About the Role
CI Pediatric Therapy Centers (CI) is a comprehensive outpatient pediatric therapy center with multiple clinic locations in the Madison, Wisconsin area. CI's interdisciplinary team of Mental Health Providers, OTs, PTs, and SLPs focuses on the unique needs of each child. Responsibilities
- Provide assessment, consultation, and/or intervention for children with anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, social concerns, adjustment to life stressors, and other common concerns.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
- Participate in case conferences and team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment planning.
- Stay updated on the latest research and clinical practices in mental health.
- Engage in professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Wisconsin (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist).
- Experience in providing mental health services to children and adolescents.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for working with children and their families.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Current license to practice in Wisconsin.
- Experience working with children and adolescents.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Competitive compensation package.
Schedule
Fall between the hours of 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday. Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
