About the role

Assist mental health professionals in launching or expanding private practices by enabling insurance acceptance. Support providers with credentialing, compliance, and practice management through an all-in-one platform. Facilitate increased client access by helping therapists accept insurance and work with major plans like Medicare Advantage and Medicaid. Provide tools for real-time scheduling, secure messaging, documentation, and assessments. Offer free continuing education courses to support professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist professionals in credentialing and insurance acceptance to grow their practices.
• Ensure compliance and provide ongoing resources for practice sustainability.
• Support client access to affordable mental health care through insurance facilitation.
• Manage practice operations using built-in EHR and communication features.

Requirements

• Master’s level or higher licensure (e.g., LMHC, LPC, LCSW, etc.) with valid NPI and malpractice insurance.
• Fully licensed mental health professional ready to start or grow a private practice.
• Ability to navigate insurance credentialing and practice management tools.
