About the role
Join a dedicated behavioral health team as a Mental Health Therapist, providing culturally sensitive assessments, outpatient individual and family therapy, and developing safety and wellness plans to support client stability.
Responsibilities
- Conducting strength-based assessments for diverse clients and families.
- Offering tailored therapeutic interventions to promote healing and resilience.
- Participating in case consultations, discharge planning, and team collaboration.
- Completing billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations accurately and timely.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive mental health care.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
- Provisional license if required by state regulation.
- Passion for mental health and commitment to high-quality, ethical care.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
- Effective time management and administrative skills.
- Dedication to ongoing professional development, supervision, and continuing education.
