Job Summary
Brightways Counseling Group is seeking experienced Mental Health Therapists to join our team. The position offers competitive compensation directly tied to client volume, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work environment.
About the Role
As a Clinician at Brightways, you will provide behavioral health services using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages. You will work from our Woodburn office while having the flexibility to work remotely one day a week. Full-time status is defined as a 25-client caseload per week, and you are welcome to see more clients if desired.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic services to clients using evidence-based practices.
- Work collaboratively within a team setting.
- Manage a caseload of 25 clients per week, with the option to see more clients.
- Utilize CEU support through an online platform.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or related field.
- Licensed in Oregon as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Experience providing behavioral health services to clients of all ages.
