About the role

Join a dedicated team as a Mental Health Therapist, providing culturally sensitive assessments, outpatient individual and family therapy, and developing crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support clients' mental health journeys. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated care. Maintain high standards of documentation, billing, and insurance authorization, while upholding ethical practices and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and provide tailored outpatient therapy for diverse clients.
• Develop and implement crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans.
• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning.
• Complete documentation, billing, and insurance forms accurately and timely.
• Engage in collaborative care with healthcare professionals and administrative staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Provisional license if required by state regulation.
• Passionate about mental health with a commitment to professional growth and ongoing education.
• Strong communication skills, rapport-building, and time management.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage diverse clients.
