Mental Health Therapist

About the Role

Seeking licensed mental health professionals to provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with psychiatric, substance use, or behavioral health disorders. Positions involve delivering evidence-based psychotherapy services, including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other modalities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnosis.
• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy.
• Implement risk assessments and safety plans.
• Collaborate with care teams to develop person-centered treatment plans.
• Adhere to ethical standards and evidence-based practices.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Family Therapy.
• Relevant state licensure: Oregon Professional Counselor License, Oregon/Washington Clinical Social Worker License, or Oregon Marriage and Family Therapist License.
• Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred.
• Ability to work under clinical supervision towards licensure.
