Responsibilities

• Assist in launching or expanding a private practice by accepting insurance seamlessly.
• Obtain credentialing in multiple states to start seeing covered clients quickly.
• Manage practice operations with built-in EHR features, including scheduling, secure messaging, documentation, and assessments.
• Ensure compliance with ongoing audit support and resources.
• Support clients by facilitating access to affordable mental health care through insurance verification and coverage options.

Qualifications & Skills

• Fully licensed at Master’s level or above with relevant licensure (e.g., LMHC, LPC, LCSW, etc.).
• Valid NPI number and malpractice insurance.
• Ready to grow or start a private practice, with a focus on accepting insurance.
