Mental Health Therapist

Responsibilities

• Conducting culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for clients and families.
• Providing individualized outpatient therapy for clients and families, tailored to their needs.
• Developing crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support client stability.
• Participating in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning to enhance care.
• Completing billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations accurately.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic mental health care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Provisional license if required by state regulation.
• Passion for mental health and commitment to high-quality care.
• Strong communication skills, ethical practice, and confidentiality awareness.
• Able to manage time effectively and complete administrative tasks efficiently.
