Responsibilities

• Conducting culturally sensitive assessments for diverse clients and families
• Delivering tailored outpatient individual and family therapy
• Developing crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans
• Participating in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning
• Completing billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• Current active license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP) or eligibility for licensure in VA or MD
• Passion for mental health, ethical practice, and ongoing professional development
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport
• Effective time management and administrative skills
