Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for diverse clients and families.
• Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy to promote healing and resilience.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support client stability.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning to enhance care.
• Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff for holistic care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Provisional license if required by state regulation.
• Passion for mental health and commitment to high-quality care.
• Strong communication skills, ethical practice, and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and complete administrative tasks effectively.
• Dedication to ongoing professional development, including supervision and continuing education.
