About the role
Join a supportive behavioral health team as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist dedicated to improving community access to mental health care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for diverse clients and families.
- Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to clients' needs.
- Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support client stability.
- Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
- Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms accurately.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic mental health care.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Active professional license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or eligibility in Pennsylvania.
- Passion for mental health and commitment to high-quality care.
- Strong communication skills, ethical practice, and confidentiality.
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete administrative tasks efficiently.
- Dedication to ongoing professional development and collaboration.
