About the role

Assist mental health professionals in launching or expanding private practices by enabling insurance acceptance, increasing earnings, and streamlining practice management through a comprehensive platform. Support providers with credentialing, compliance, insurance plan access, and practice tools such as scheduling, messaging, documentation, and assessments. Help clients access affordable care with instant insurance verification.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers in credentialing and insurance onboarding
• Ensure compliance and provide ongoing support
• Facilitate practice growth with higher reimbursement rates
• Manage practice operations using built-in EHR features
• Support client access and insurance verification
• Promote professional development through free CEUs

Requirements

• Fully licensed at a Master’s level or above with applicable state licensure (e.g., LMHC, LPC, LCSW, etc.)
• Valid NPI and malpractice insurance
• Must be prepared to accept insurance and grow or start a private practice
