Responsibilities
- Conduct culturally sensitive assessments
- Provide outpatient individual and family therapy
- Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans
- Participate in case consultations and discharge planning
- Ensure timely documentation and billing
- Create a welcoming environment for clients from diverse backgrounds
- Tailor therapy to individual needs
- Support clients' mental health journeys through comprehensive plans
- Engage in team collaboration to enhance client care
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Provisional license if required by state
- Passion for mental health and commitment to high-quality care
- Strong communication, ethical practice, and confidentiality skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage administrative tasks efficiently
