Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor - West Virginia

About the role

Maintain provider relationships and network development efforts in West Virginia. Manage contracts with healthcare providers to ensure compliance with insurance plans and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers in West Virginia.
• Manage contract negotiations and implementation with healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance with insurance plans and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report on provider performance metrics.
• Collaborate with other departments to align network development strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Valid West Virginia Provider Network License.
• At least 5 years of experience in mental health or behavioral healthcare.
• Experience with contract management and provider relations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with Medicaid and/or commercial insurance plans.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
