About the role
Maintain provider relationships and network development efforts in West Virginia. Manage contracts with healthcare providers to ensure compliance with insurance plans and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers in West Virginia.
- Manage contract negotiations and implementation with healthcare providers.
- Ensure compliance with insurance plans and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on provider performance metrics.
- Collaborate with other departments to align network development strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
- Valid West Virginia Provider Network License.
- At least 5 years of experience in mental health or behavioral healthcare.
- Experience with contract management and provider relations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field preferred.
- Experience working with Medicaid and/or commercial insurance plans.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
