Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with mental health providers in West Virginia
• Identify and onboard new contract providers to expand the network
• Collaborate with healthcare organizations to ensure alignment and quality of care
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Master's degree preferred
• Licensed to practice as a Mental Health Therapist in West Virginia
• Experience working with diverse populations and in various settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
