• Develop and maintain relationships with contracted providers
• Identify and evaluate potential new provider opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on network goals
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
• Valid Virginia Provider Network Development License
• At least 5 years of experience in mental health provider network development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Qualifications:

• Experience working with behavioral health organizations
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
