Provider Network Development

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build an exclusive outpatient network.
• Identify potential providers and negotiate terms for contract inclusion in the network.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of contracted providers into the organization's services.

Responsibilities

• Manage provider contracts and renewals.
• Monitor provider performance and make recommendations for improvement.
• Respond to provider inquiries and concerns.
• Attend industry conferences and networking events to stay informed about trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in New Jersey.
• At least 5 years of experience in mental health therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
