Provider Network Development

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build an exclusive outpatient network.
• Identify potential providers and negotiate terms for contract inclusion in the network.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and provider contracts.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of contracted providers.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate new providers into the existing network.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the provider network.
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new providers.
• Facilitate communication between providers and the organization.
• Handle inquiries from providers regarding network membership and contract details.
• Prepare reports on network performance and provider satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare provider relations or similar field.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
