Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor - Rhode Island

About the role

Develops and maintains relationships with contracted providers to build and expand the provider network in Rhode Island.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and contract new providers to join the network
• Manage ongoing provider performance and satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and insurance contracts
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of contracted providers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
• Current license to practice as a mental health professional in Rhode Island
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in provider contracting and network development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
