About the role
Develops and maintains relationships with healthcare providers to establish and expand a network of contracted therapists in Rhode Island.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential contracted therapists
- Screen and interview contracted therapists to ensure they meet provider standards
- Manage contracted therapist contracts and renewals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and insurance company guidelines
- Collaborate with other members of the provider network team to enhance services offered
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- Valid state license as a mental health professional
- Experience in healthcare provider contracting and network development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and insurance policies
