Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor - Montana

About the role

Mentally healthy communities are vital to the health and well-being of individuals and families. As a 1099 contractor, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining provider networks that support mental health services across multiple locations in Montana.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with mental health providers across various locations in Montana.
• Identify and evaluate potential new providers to add to the network.
• Collaborate with healthcare organizations to ensure alignment and quality of care.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding mental health provider contracts.
• Manage and update provider information in the company’s database.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in mental health provider contracting or related field.
• Knowledge of mental health policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Valid Montana driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working with electronic health records (EHR).

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of telehealth and remote service delivery.
