Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor - Montana

About the role

Mentally Healthy is seeking a 1099 contractor to join our Provider Network Development team in Montana. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and managing provider networks, particularly in the mental health field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with mental health providers across multiple locations in Montana.
• Identify and evaluate potential new providers for inclusion in the network.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on network development goals and strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding healthcare provider networks.
• Prepare and present reports on network development activities and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, healthcare administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare provider network development.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Experience working with mental health providers.
• Understanding of insurance reimbursement models.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
