For patients in California, this is known as “CH Medical CA, P.C.” For patients in North Carolina or New Jersey, this is known as “CH Medical NC NJ, P.C.” For patients in New York, this is known as “CH Medical NY”.

For patients in all other states, this is known as “Charlie Health Medical, P.A.”

Responsibilities

• Manage client interactions through various communication channels
• Support clinical teams in developing and implementing treatment plans
• Collaborate with insurance providers to ensure seamless service delivery
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal systems and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
• Experience in healthcare administration or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Current certification in a relevant field (e.g., Certified Addiction Counselor)
• Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality protocols
• Experience with telehealth platforms and software

Skills

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $80,000 per year
