Mentor and support clients in their mental health journey.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build a robust provider network.
• Collaborate with other therapists to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing therapy sessions as needed.
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Licensed mental health professional in Montana.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of mental health disorders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).

Skills

• Therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others.
• Knowledge of Montana healthcare regulations and policies.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
