Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor - Indiana

About the role

Maintain and expand provider networks in Indiana, focusing on contract providers in South Bend, Terre Haute, and Hammond.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with healthcare providers to build and maintain contracted provider networks.
• Identify, screen, and onboard new contracted providers to ensure they meet quality and service standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to align provider network strategies with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and contractual agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Valid license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist in Indiana.
• At least 5 years of experience in mental health therapy or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Experience working with managed care organizations.
• Knowledge of Indiana healthcare regulations and policies.
• Ability to travel within Indiana as needed.
