Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor - Indiana

About the role

Maintain and expand provider networks in Indiana, focusing on developing relationships with contract providers in South Bend, Terre Haute, and Hammond.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contracted mental health providers
• Identify new opportunities for expanding the provider network
• Manage and update provider contracts
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or related field
• Valid license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist in Indiana
• At least 2 years of experience in mental health therapy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience with contract management and negotiation
• Knowledge of Indiana healthcare regulations and policies
• Ability to travel within Indiana as needed
