Responsibilities

• Identify, contract, and manage contracted mental health providers
• Ensure contracted providers adhere to quality standards and patient care protocols
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contracted providers
• Collaborate with internal teams to align provider services with organizational goals
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting mental health services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
• Current license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist in Idaho
• At least 5 years of experience in mental health therapy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel to various locations within Idaho as needed
