Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor - Idaho

About the role

Mentally Healthy Idaho is seeking a 1099 contractor to join our team as a Mental Health Therapist. This position will focus on provider network development for contract providers in Idaho.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with mental health providers across Idaho
• Identify and assess potential providers for inclusion in the network
• Conduct outreach and marketing efforts to attract new providers to the network
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding mental health provider networks
• Collaborate with other departments within Idaho to ensure seamless integration of contracted providers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Master's degree preferred
• Licensed Mental Health Professional in the state of Idaho
• Experience in provider network development and/or mental health services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mental health best practices and treatment modalities
• Understanding of insurance billing and reimbursement processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
