Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor

About the role

Licensed mental health provider offering evidence-based therapy to clients via a flexible, supportive platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally responsive therapy for children, adults, couples, and families.
• Manage a diverse caseload with varying mental health needs, from mild to severe.
• Utilize evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, and DBT.
• Respond effectively to clinical crises and manage risk as needed.
• Collaborate with a supportive team offering clinical consultation and ongoing education.
• Leverage advanced matching technology and administrative support to focus on client care.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical program (e.g., MSW, MFT, PhD, PsyD).
• Unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD) to practice independently without supervision.
• Experience delivering evidence-based treatments and managing clinical risk.
• Ability to provide in-person or virtual care within Harrisburg, PA, and work independently.
• Full-time resident of the United States.
