Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to establish a network of contracted therapists
• Screen potential providers for qualifications and suitability
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments of contracted therapists
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding therapy services
• Provide ongoing support and training to contracted therapists

Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
• Licensed to practice as a mental health therapist in at least one state
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR)

Qualifications

• Passing score on the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE) or equivalent
• Knowledge of telehealth and remote therapy platforms
• Experience with provider networks and contract management
